Head Coach Position

‍We are searching for a talented head coach for our Entropiq Prague CS:GO division, who can bring in positive mindset and who will help our players grow in and out of the game. Our Entropiq Prague coach will be working from our Prague training facility in one of the most prestigious esports clubs in Central Europe.

Job Title: Entropiq Prague Head Coach
Type: Full-Time
Location: Prague, Czech Republic
Reports to: Team Manager, Chief Gaming Officer

Job Requirements:

‍– Ambitious, driven, positive personality open to constructive criticism with a strong work ethic.
– Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English with a strong attention to detail.
– Situational leadership and ability to evaluate requirements for various management styles, patience and encouraging an open communication environment.
– Comprehensive knowledge of CS:GO, including but not limited to macro game, game patterns, rotations, various play styles and strategies, economics, etc.
– Experience in interpreting data and analytic tools to identify areas of improvement.
– At least 1+ years of coaching experience within esports in a similar position or higher.

Analyst Position

We are seeking a Data Analyst who will focus on in-depth analytic reports and preparation for specific opponents for our Entropiq Prague CS:GO division. Your primary task is to transfer your strategic brilliance onto our players as effectively as possible and to coordinate with our Head Coach to prepare the team for their games.

Job Title: Entropiq Prague Analyst
Type: Part-Time/Full-Time
Location: Online/Prague, Czech Republic
Reports to: Head Coach, Team Manager, Chief Gaming Officer

Job Requirements:

– Ambitious, driven, positive personality open to constructive criticism with a strong work ethic.
– Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English with a strong attention to detail.
– In-depth knowledge of CS:GO with strong attention to detail, game tendencies, player/team play styles.
– Expert in interpreting data and analytic tools to identify areas of improvement.
– Understanding of statistics, heat maps and other analytical tools available in CS:GO.
